The 16-month program starts late August each year and runs to mid-December of the following calendar year. If a student is completing the program part-time, the end date will vary.

A mandatory virtual program orientation will be held mid-July each year.

The program meets ACENDs required minimum of 1,000 hours through a combination of supervised experiential learning hours and additional professional “alternate” experiences scheduled throughout the program.
In addition to the current Generalist sequence option, there are two concentrations available. The concentrations are Advanced Nutrition Therapy & Critical Care, and Integrative Nutrition Therapy. The following chart shows the courses for all concentration options:
